WEEK PACKAGE  

(FROM 1 OCTOBER till 15 NOVEMBER)

The package includes 5 hunting days with pointing dogs (Monday-Friday) and 6 accommodation nights. Hunters arrive on Sunday and leave on next Saturday, for this is calculated package price. Hotels are located outside city, with possibility to have outside space for the dogs and car parking. The meeting with hunting coordinators take place directly in the hotel after arrival of the hunter. Our assistance is provided until the departure of the hunter.

The hunting is organized in the most suitable areas for birds and individually checked before the start of the woodcock hunting season. Typical hunting areas are mixed deciduous and coniferous forests with dense canopy, wet forests and young forest stands. No limits for birds. Booking the trip should be preferably agreed 1 month in advance by e-mail or phone.

Detailed programme:

1 Day (Sunday) Arrival at the hunting lodge, hotel/meeting with coordinators, handling of the formalities, dinner and overnight stay

2-6 Day (Monday-Friday)

  • Breakfest in hotel (07:00-8:00), lunch packed for take away.
  • 5 days of woodcock hunting (08:30-17:00).
  • From 08:00 departure from hotel to hunting area (20-50km distance)

7 Day (Saturday) Breakfast and departure

Price Includes:

  • Assistance for the whole hunting period (1-7days)
  • Accomondation in a hunting cottage/hotel for the entire hunting period (2 persons per room)
  • Assistance in the hunting area
  • Preparation of hunting licences
  • Game storage

Terms of Payment:

  • Deposit: 50% based on trip price
  • Deposit deadline: 15 days after booking
  • Final payment: Onsite

Cancellation:

  • Deposit is non-refundable

Price DOES NOT include:

  • Travel to and from Latvia (airplane or own transport)
  • Gun rental - 30 Euro/day/semi-automatic 12 gauge, 3 rounds
  • Interpretering services if required
  • Single room if available
  • Extra day of hunting 350 Euro
  • Cartridges
  • Alcoholic drinks
  • Insurance/personal expenses
  • Transfer from/to airport - 100 Euro one way

Documents for hunters:

  • Valid passport or Identity card (ID)
  • Valid Hunter licence/card
  • Valid Firearms licence
  • Hunting insurance (optional)

Documents for pointing dogs:

  • European passport with rabbies vaccination.
  • We also recommend treatment for ticks

PACKAGE PRICE IS 1850 EURO PER HUNTER.
